Physical wellbeing is the KFA's primary objective
- Our programmes are designed to enhance the body's natural abilities. We believe in a holistic approach to exercise thus taking care of the body, mind and spirit and aiming to encourage self-expression, confidence, selt-esteem and improve fitness.
Enjoyment and variety are primary ingredients in a KFA class
- This motivates people to maintain a long term commitment and encourages them to take part in other physical activities which develop a more active lifestyle in general. It also allows for varied social activities for class members.
Every class is different
- KFA teacher training enables each teacher to be responsible for designing their own class programmes. In this way we are able to cater for a variety of needs within each KFA class and offer a safe, balanced approach to take regular, beneficial exercise in a secure but challenging environment.
We teach many different types of classes. These include classes for:
- Active adults
- Under 16's
- Mature adults
- Chair based
- Residential homes
