The following is a clip showing part of a workshop for teachers and experienced class members.

A workshop is a great opportunity for teachers and members from all classes to meet up, socialise. It is also an opportunity to do some challenging movement.

Please be aware that some computers will take longer than others to load the clips, but we hope you will agree that it is worth the wait.
